We understand that sometimes your pet gets sick or injured after normal business hours. Our clients have expressed that they would rather see us, if at all possible, than someone they do not know. That is why in 2005 we made the decision to offer a 24 Hour On-Call Emergency Service.

If you feel your pet needs to be seen by a Doctor, please call 419-861-4474. If the Doctor's appointment schedule has ended for the day, our Client Service Representative or our answering service can call in one of the Doctors. Usually a Doctor or a Veterinary Technician will arrive in about 30 to 45 minutes. An On-Call office visit fee is $85.00.

On the rare occasion that one of our Doctors would not be available, we will refer you to the Animal Emergency & Critical Care Center of Toledo
