We understand that sometimes your pet gets sick or injured after normal business hours. Our clients have expressed that they would rather see us, if at all possible, than someone they do not know. That is why in 2005 we made the decision to offer On-Call Emergency Services after we are closed.

If you feel your pet needs to be seen by a Doctor, please call 419-861-4474. If the Doctor's appointment schedule has ended for the day, our Client Service Representative or our answering service can call in one of the Doctors. Once scheduled, the Doctor and Veterinary Technician will meet you at our clinic located at 3240 Briarfield Blvd. in about 30 minutes. An On-Call office visit fee is $100.00.

Monday thru Saturday a Doctor and Technician are available until midnight on call to see your sick or injured pet. After midnight Monday through Saturday, Sundays, and on the rare occasion that one of our Doctors would not be available, we will refer you to the Animal Emergency & Critical Care Center of Toledo at 419-473-0328.
